The goal with our MP4 is to improve the work in the warehouses of small and medium-sized growers, we address in particular to that part of the market that wants to start automating its work and to those who have little space available. The total installation, in fact, has dimensions 3900x2600mm.
The machine adapts to different needs, always performing its task intuitively and above all effectively.
It offers the possibility to work different types of punnets from 125gr to 500/700gr, always obtaining the most precise weight possible. This happens thanks to the 4 vibrating channels, that are divided in two: a larger channel, that will fill the 80% of the packaging and smaller one for weight correction.
The system is completed upstream by a roller bench for the sorting of the product from the orchard, and by our denestre unit, for a complete level of automation. While downstream you can conect any end-line machinery for packaging.
